The Enchanted Forest

By Nada Amine Awar

An ocean was roaring
Along the way

The sun was shining
During that day

One step and another
A silent usher

Directed my step
Beautified my trip

I found myself
In an enchanted forest

Habitat of a wolf
With an instinct… a merited self

Habitat of trees
Of birds and bees

Of deer and rabbits
Of a sacred habit

Never take what you do not need
Guard life endurance indeed

A fruit fell down
I was alone

I filled my stomach
I lived an epic

Within one day
Then I went away

I took a photo
This is my motto

Enjoy your moments
Amuse your movements
